Complex Securities: Most, if not all of these instruments do not have uniform security identifiers and many traded over the counter. These factors complicate the process for filing claims in this settlement and any related future settlements that are established.

Eligible Securities: FX Instruments (OTC) and FX Exchange Traded Instruments, such as: FX Spot Transactions, FX Forwards, FX Swaps, OTC FX Options, FX Futures, Options on FX Futures, and Other FX Products.
Eligible Parties: You may be eligible to receive money if you are a person in Canada who, between January 1, 2003 and December 31, 2013, entered into an FX Instrument either directly or indirectly through an intermediary, and/or purchased or otherwise participated in an investment or equity fund, mutual fund, hedge fund, pension fund or any other investment vehicle that entered into an FX Instrument.
